Ceiling Fan Remote Control Replacement for Hampton Bay

This package is a transmitter only and does not include a receiver or 12V battery. If the indicator light remains illuminated, it signifies that your battery is in a low power state.

The remote is designed to replace your original Hampton Bay UC7083T Remote.

The remote is suitable for two-light systems, controlling an up-light and a down-light, but it does not have a reverse function.

The fan button on the remote offers 3-speed control (high, medium, and low). However, please note that the receiver does not have a reverse function.

Ensure that you are using incandescent bulbs, as the dimmer button can control the brightness. If your lights are LED bulbs, the remote can only control the on/off function of the LED bulbs.

To use the remote, match the dip switches on the receiver inside the ceiling fan. The remote is compatible with Hampton Bay and Harbor Breeze Ceiling Fans, as long as the fan has a receiver with the same dip switch configuration. Remember to set the 4 dip switches located inside the battery compartment (they are hidden behind the slot for the battery itself).
